If Trayvon Martin were your child...

If my daughter were "murdered in cold blood" by a "racist vigilante", I would move heaven and earth to make sure the killer was thrown under the jail - everything except lie.  Why would I need to if my daughter were innocent of any wrong doing and the "murderer" "stalked" and killed her in "cold blood".

Tracy and Sybrina have been hiding things from law enforcement since day one, things that would have gotten an arrest if they'd gone about it the right way and not used the scheme team to hide this vital information. Witness #8 is the State Attorney's smoking gun, so why all the secrecy?

Why hide the following instead of turning them over right away?

• School records
• Social networking of Trayvon (all were scrubbed before campaign began)
• The code to access Trayvon's phone
• Trayvon's phone records
• Witness #8's phone records
• Witness #8 and all her information should have gone straight to SA without questioning by a news network first
• The recording device with the CLEAR voice and words of witness #8 who allegedly heard everything that night.

Standing on principle only wastes time and stalls justice.  His reputation shouldn't matter at this point, his "murder" should be priority #1.  The only reason to hold these things back is if they are lying about them - lies that have cost one man and his family dearly.  If Trayvon were my child and I believed him innocent, I'd have turned over everything immediately and without question.  However, if I just wanted an arrest and had to hire a team to create a hoax to gain an arrest because I knew in my heart my child was probably guilty of assault, and if I were a money grubbing piece of crap, I'd probably lie and hide things as well.

My days of feeling sorry for Sybrina and Tracy are over - until they redeem themselves and do the right thing, I have no more respect for either of them.

News report from Matt Gutman - he refers to Trayvon as the "Doe-eyed" teen.  This is the kind of irresponsible reporting (with pictures), that cost a man his freedom because he defended himself against an attacker.  People should be very alarmed by this and very afraid - it could happen to any of us.

You have a very vivid imagination Ms Rose, but facts are what will be behind George when he walks free after the immunity hearing.  Imagine that!

Natalie Jackson, one of the many Martin family attorneys, admits to having knowledge of a teen who has been stalked for almost a year and, with all her power, did nothing to stop them.  Were these dangerous stalkers Nat?  Death threats? How bad did it get?  As bad as it got for George Zimmerman this past year after you, Sharpton, Crump, Julison, Parks, Rand (flat out called him a murderer), Jesse Jackson, NBC, ABC, MSNBC, CBS, Matt Gutman, Roland Martin, Robles, Russel Simmons, Michael Skolnik, and countless others incited hate and violence after months of marketing him as a racist child murderer?  It's not at all shocking that you all allowed, no, purposefully involved a young girl to take the fall for the actual adult in the phone interviews.  You all, including the bereaved parents, gave the press pictures of a younger girl with Martin insinuating she was the girlfriend.  All just part of the "scheme"

Robert Zimmerman Jr., a class act

Today Robert Zimmerman Jr., the brother of George Zimmerman, wrote an open letter to Michael Skolnik, the editor in chief of Global Grind and political adviser (?), to Russel Simmons (Def Jam Records).  George Zimmerman stands accused of Second Degree Murder for the shooting of Trayvon Martin, a Miami Gardens youth who attacked George on February 26, 2012.  George, by witness accounts and forensic evidence, was defending himself against that attack and the possibility he would be killed.  George was charged and turned himself in on April 11, 2012, a month after this op-ed piece by Michael Skolnik, where he blatantly and with malicious agenda, calls George Zimmerman a murderer.

I got a lot of emails about Trayvon.  I have read a lot of articles.  I have seen a lot of television segments.  The message is consistent.  Most of the commentators, writers, op-ed pages agree.  Something went wrong.  Trayvon was murdered.  Racially profiled. 

He then blatantly lies or believes everything he is told and is simply repeating the misinformation....not good for an "editor in chief".  He says he talked to the family before writing his piece, Tracy knew the following to be untrue.  

For heaven's sake, for 24 hours he was a deceased John Doe at the hospital because even the police couldn't believe that maybe he LIVES in the community.

 Trayon was identified as soon as his father got around to calling in a missing persons report with the SPD about 13 hours after Trayvon was killed 70 yds from where Tracy was staying.

And you know, like I know, it wasn't because of the hoodie or the jeans or the sneakers.  Cause I had on that same outfit yesterday and no one called 911 saying I was just wandering around their neighborhood.  It was because of one thing and one thing only.  Trayvon is black.

The race card.  Michael throws the race card and incites violence against Zimmerman and his  family based on the fact that no one called 911 on him the day before when he was wearing a hoodie and sneakers. 

Even with all of this, Robert Zimmerman had the class and grace to accept an invitation from Skolnik to speak with him, the call lasted 90 minutes.  Robert was also scheduled to do an interview today, but due to safety issues, he had to cancel. Instead, he wrote an open letter to Michael Skolnik.  Despite calling his brother a murderer and inciting countless threats to George and his family from the people who listen to commentators like Skolnik, Robert wrote a wonderfully moving letter.  He took the high road.  Please read and retweet - his words do not apply only to this case, but the state of our society in general right now.  We could also learn from his diplomacy.

The following story tells "us" that it is ok for "them" to kill "us" and walk away from any responsibility, with the Governor's  blessing in the form of a commuted sentence.  The black man shot the unarmed white teen point blank in the face and served only five months.

Ben Jealous is an ardent supporter of justice for Trayvon Martin, a teenage boy who was killed by a Hispanic man.  He railed against the officials in the case who he felt went too easy on George Zimmerman, the man who shot Trayvon Martin.  Ben was instrumental in swaying public opinion on the case.  Zimmerman was arrested and now stands charged with Second Degree Murder.

 Ben Jealous on Democracy Now: We are demanding three things. One, that Trayvon Martin’s killer be brought to justice. He needs to be locked up, and he needs to be charged with murder.

Al Sharpton led rallies, collected money for the parents of the deceased Trayvon Martin - he talked about the case in segment after segment on his MSNBC show and at dozens of rallies:  

"We Are Tired Of Going To Jail For Nothing And Others Going Home For Something Zimmerman should have been arrested that night ... you cannot defend yourself against a pack of Skittles and iced tea. Don't talk to us like we're stupid! Don't talk to us like we're ignorant! We love our children like you love yours. Lock him up!"

While I am not even sure what that means "going home for something", I do know what the gist of his speech was about.  "You can't defend yourself against a bag of skittles and iced tea".  Ok I don't know what he was saying there either but the following line about thinking he's ignorant....I get that.  But I digress.

Blatant double-standard racism.  Why was it ok for this man to serve only five months for killing an unarmed white teenager who never touched the man.  Why is it ok that this man took the law into his own hands instead of calling the police?  Why was he only charged with manslaughter and not Second Degree Murder?  Where the hell were the rallies seeking justice for this young man?  I'll bet his poor mother never even thought to copyright his name for extra spending money.

Trayvon Martin's Cell Phone - More Lies

Rene Stutzman did a story today on Trayvon Martin's mysterious cell phone and the information authorities have had a hard time gathering -

"On March 5, Sanford police Sgt. Joe Santiago asked Tracy Martin for the PIN, according to a police report. Tracy Martin said he'd check with his attorney.Martin never got back with police. At a March 8 news conference in Orlando, Tracy Martin told reporters he would not help police download information from the phone."

Yet, on March 20, Jasmine Rand, another attorney for the Martin family, went on Democracy now claiming the SPD "harassed" the Martin's about Trayvon's phone.

AMY GOODMAN: And what about the phone? How is it that the police had it in their possession, but they never figured out who he was for several days, that his body was not claimed, Trayvon’s body, for several days?
JASMINE RAND: I mean, I think it just—it shows that the Sanford Police Department—I mean, there was either corruption or just woeful ignorance on their behalf. They were calling the family, after losing their child, harassing the parents over his phone, wanting to get—you know, get to his phone, get in his phone. And they had the phone in their possession the entire time. So, you know, there are a lot of questions that I can’t answer, because they don’t make sense.

They don't want his phone records out, they don't want his school records out, what the hell are these people really hiding?  Do they think they can hide it forever?  The Martin's and their uppity attorneys would do well to ask anyone culpable in the Duke LaCrosse case how badly a botched race hoax turns out.  At the end of the day, you're toast.

It is a known fact that the Trayvon Martin supporters are fond of one-sided stories, as is witnessed in the one above.  They tell a reporter she should have checked out the Zimmerman supporter, David Pearcy, before airing the Petition story during her interview with Robert Zimmerman Jr.,.  They seem disgusted with the "racist" and foul mouthed Pearcy - you know, cuz they're above all that.  In fact, reading the above, one might feel sorry for poor Mrs. Laurence.  Mean old David calling her a name and attacking her on Twitter.  Mrs. Laurence would have you believe she is a victim as well.  Aren't they always - it's never the thugs and the bully's fault, ever.  Here are a few of Saint Laurence's tweets:

State's Supplemental Discovery November 2012

Copy of State's supplemental discovery, (thanks CHT), November 12, 2012.  This is a copy of the discovery that Bernie De Le Rionda released by "mistake" without names redacted.  It has made its way all over the Zimmersphere, so I don't see the harm in posting it to point a few things out.

For those of you who do not know, there are at least three names of victims of the burglaries that occurred at RTL Townhomes.  One is the woman who was held hostage with her baby while two black youths robbed her home.

Another thing I find interesting - a copy of Trayvon's phone bill was not downloaded and submitted into discovery until September 12.  Are we to believe Corey did not have the complete and original phone record, the one she based part of her charging document on, when she filed murder 2 charges against George?

Of course we are to believe it, the question was rhetorical.  I do hope this phone record is released to the public soon.

Tracy Martin Telling Fish Stories Again - or...chicken??

Sybrina must have caused a Tsunami blinking at Tracy's latest version of how young Trayvon saved his life when TM was 8 9.  You know the one, where Tracy and Trayvon came home from a day at the ball field, Tracy put grease on to cook some chicken fish for Trayvon.  Tracy fell asleep on the bed next to Trayvon on the couch.  He woke a while later to smoke flames licking the bottom of the doorway due to his having left the grease for the chicken fish on the stove while he fell asleep.  Tracy grabbed a beach towel off the counter blanket off the bed and threw it over the pot which led to hot oil oil and flames spilling over his legs.  You get the idea, his story changed again, this time he just started the hell over.

Americans of The Year - Trayvon Martin

a little guy walking next to a big man. They cross the field and cut through the security gate into a very nice apartment complex — over here on the west side of town, where the parks have landscaped lakes and clubhouses like Greek temples, life is good. Tracy fills a pot with enough grease to deep-fry some fish and Trayvon goes into his room to collapse on the bed. That boy pushes himself so hard. Tracy's had to carry him off the field like a baby. Then Tracy sits down on the sofa and dozes off, too.
The smell of smoke wakes him. He runs into the kitchen and the pot is writhing in flames, sending up black oily smoke that floods the ceiling and curls under the doors. Tracy runs into his bedroom and grabs a blanket and runs back to the kitchen and throws it on the fire, but he throws wrong and it catches on the pot and tips the burning mess forward. Flaming grease splashes all over his legs. He falls to the floor screaming, and Trayvon, just nine years old, runs out and drags his screaming father out the apartment door. Then he runs back through the flames and the smoke to get a cell phone and calls 911.

Remember, this is how it used to be told - watch poor Brina blink.

Trashing the place already - Obama

I can't imagine calling someone with dignity and respect for themselves and their country a "nigga" and attributing their re-election success to the fact that they are black.  How humiliating that would be for someone proud of their accomplishments in spite of race obstacles they had to overcome.

I hope we can recover the white house and our country after people like whomever came up with this parody, are done trashing the place.  Wasn't Def Jam Russel Simmons old label?

Once Pride and Integrity are abandoned

The Trayvon Martin case was built on dishonesty.  There are few supporters left, but those that still drink the kool-aid feel dishonesty and under-handed tricks are ok as a means to an end.  Crump, Jackson, Julison, Tracy, Sybrina, media - have all lied or manipulated in order to get what they want - money.  So it stands to reason the minions doing their bidding would stoop to the lowest of levels to discredit and smear anyone who disagrees with the narrative.

My friend, the worst thing you can possibly do on your blog is change the wording of someone's comment.  You lose absolutely ALL credibility as the site owner.  Nothing you write is to be believed after that.  I've actually never seen anyone do it before now, and I've been to some pretty contentious forums where the forum owner disagreed mightily with the members, but they NEVER EVER changed someone's words in a comment or post.  Lowest of lows.

Below is a screenshot of my comment that was changed at dothprotesttoomuch - a site hell-bent on destroying a person's character to the point they manipulate screenshots and change comments that person makes.  Bully tactics.  It's a damned shame the Trayvon supporters have to abandon all pride and integrity just to silence those up who disagree with them.  Best of luck on that - cold day in hell.  I don't give a damn how entitled you are feeling right about now, you have no right to alter another person's words, period.

Benghazi Petition - Please Sign

Tracy and Sybrina Martin were able to gather 2 million signatures in order to push the powers that be into arresting a white man for defending himself from their son.  Surely we can gather 2 million signatures to force the powers that be to hold a black man accountable for the death of three white men.

Had the president been white, and these three men black, the petition impeachment proceedings would be halfway over by now.

It is obvious from last night's results, civility and passive political correctness will not work anymore - we've elected a man whose 1st priority is himself, not his country.  Stand UP and do something or we will wake up one day in a third world country.  Hold Obama and those who aid and abet him responsible.  Sign the petition, please!

Black Republicans for Romney - the Real Hope for Change

It is so sad to see the way black Republicans are treated by black democrats - actually, by most other blacks in general.  Here are some tweets from black democrats - they are indignant, hateful, and disbelieving when it comes to black republicans.

Is it true that  many want Barrack Obama to win JUST because he's black?  Hell, if the Trayvon Martin case is any indication, I say yes and I doubt many know what Obama has or hasn't done or what he even stands for.  I engage with African Americans every day regarding the Trayvon Martin case - they call me racist, idiot, uneducated, immoral, child-hater, etc., just because I believe George Zimmerman is not guilty of Murder in the Second Degree.  The documented facts of the case, by reputable sources are readily available - the prosecution has been caught in lies as have the Martin family and their lawyers, yet that makes no difference because at the end of the day Trayvon is still black and that's all that matters.  Who, with the most basic of reading and comprehension skills or even a lick of common sense, could possibly think this is a murder case at all - especially one stemming from racism?

Bottom line is, they aren't that stupid or they wouldn't be able to use their keyboard for the drool covering it. The white dems suffer from white guilt because they know if the  blacks who follow them blindly ever took a good look at history, they'd see the democrats were their fiercest enemy during emancipation and the civil rights movement.

I see it over and over lately, African Americans railing against anyone who says they are voting for Barrack Obama because he is black - well, sorry, but it's truly perplexing trying to figure out why anyone would want to keep a man in office who has done nothing whatsoever to better their country's economy and quality of life.  If it's not a black thing, then why are black republicans called Uncle Toms?  Why is it so hard for blacks to believe there is really such an animal as a "black republican"?  It's a black thing - own it.

The democrats and big government aren't helping the poor blacks in America, they're just keeping them in neighborhoods where they can control them both monetarily and mentally.  It's worked for over a century.  When will the impoverished stop the madness for themselves?  The American Indians suffer the same consequences, in many cases, worse, because they accepted reparations and land doled out by the government - they are the poorest of the poor in this country - and the most criminalized by their own, all because they accepted the governments help, seemed like the right thing to do at the time.  Where's their hope for change?  There's no hope when you make a deal with the devil.

Native Americans rank the highest in unemployment and poverty rates, infant mortality and life expectancy.According to the 2009 Census Bureau, unemployment in Indian country ranks anywhere between 50 percent and 85 percent while in some reservations, nearly 90 percent of native people live below the federal poverty line. Indian reservations in the Midwest are plagued by alcoholism, domestic violence and teen suicide, all of it contributing to an epidemic of hopelessness within America’s indigenous populations. It is time for African Americans, to stand up and say they are mad as hell and will NOT take it anymore.  Life could be so much better for all of us if we tried to work together toward a common goal, instead of against one another to prove a point or to "win" for a candidate.  This isn't a contest, this is our future.

For the love of God and Country, stop allowing yourselves to be used.

AP POLL: MAJORITY HARBOR PREJUDICE AGAINST BLACKS

 .  Michael Skolnik cited this poll on his twitter account - he's all about throwing gas on the race war flames.  Anyway, the poll indicates that a slight majority of whites are more prejudiced (a word other than "racist" that gets them out of trouble) against blacks than they were four years ago.

Food for thought:

The most dangerous place to live in the US is East St. Louis, IL.  98% black and  0.5% white

The safest place to live in the US is Plano, Tx, 78% white and 5% black 

The rest of the top ten in both categories are basically the same.  I wonder how blacks would feel if the shoe were on the other foot?  Many act as if it already is.  Charles Blow, for instance, a columnist for the NY Times ratchets up the rhetoric during the height of the Trayvon Martin case:

"As the father of two black teenage boys, this case hits close to home. This is the fear that seizes me whenever my boys are out in the world: that a man with a gun and an itchy finger will find them “suspicious.” That passions may run hot and blood run cold. That it might all end with a hole in their chest and hole in my heart. That the law might prove insufficient to salve my loss.

That is the burden of black boys in America and the people that love them: running the risk of being descended upon in the dark and caught in the cross-hairs of someone who crosses the line." [Link}

 How the hell long would George Zimmerman have lasted walking down the streets of East St. Louis?  Not too long considering the color of his skin.  A white woman would be certifiably insane or suicidal to walk alone through E St. Louis, yet because she might speak this truth out loud, she would be deemed a racist bitch by the residents there and most of clueless white America.

We're not more prejudiced, just more discerning after four years of watching this man do absolutely nothing to address places like E. St. Louis unless you count more free money and a free ride on accountability.  Since the mid 60's that place has been nothing but crime, drugs, and poverty - apparently it will never stop so they all need to load up and move to another country, someplace where they tolerate heathens - Iran?  Even their homeland of Africa would kick their asses out.

Not prejudiced, just over it.  If he is not going to do anything but give lip service to the impoverished blacks who are bound and determined to vote him in again, he sure as hell isn't going to do anything to help the rest of the population.  No hope for change.

Trayvon Martin & George Zimmerman – The Beginning – Confrontation and Shooting

 February 26, 2012 — Approximately 6:00 PM Trayvon Martin, a 17 year old visiting Sanford from Miami Gardens Florida asked his father, who was out to dinner, if he could go to the store for treats and something to drink before watching the All-Star Game.  His father gave his permission and Trayvon made the.08 mile walk, in the rain, to a local 711.  On his way, Trayvon talked on the phone to his “girlfriend” from back home in Miami Gardens – Trayvon’s phone records do not support this as related by the girlfriend.  She said he told her at around 6:00 he was going to the store and she talked to him all the way to the store.  The 711 video does not support her statement to the State Prosecutor that she was talking to him while he was in the store — no earphones were present in his ears and he was not holding his phone.

At around 6:20 PM, Trayvon entered the 711 store.  Watch extended video, courtesy DiwataMan2 .  Trayvon bought Arizona Watermelon Juice and skittles — he asked to buy something from the tobacco section, but was not allowed due to having had no ID to prove his age to the clerk.

Trayvon completed his purchase, and left the store at 6:24, but didn’t leave the premises right away.   Three young men entered the store about one minute after Trayvon left.  One of the young men, dressed much like Trayvon, buys three cigars, exits the store (about one minute later), and Trayvon can be seen walking back in the direction from which he came.  Trayvon’s partial toxicology report recorded THC metabolites in his bloodstream at autopsy.  Could Trayvon have asked the guys to purchase the cigars for him and then used one as a “blunt” and smoked it on the way back to the Retreat?

 In my opinion, and judging from his actions, Trayvon was probably waiting for these guys to show up to buy something from them.  During the 711 video, he can be seen looking outside a couple of times as if he were waiting on someone.

At around 7:04 Trayvon arrived back at the Retreat, and, according to his girlfriend, took shelter from the rain near the mailboxes.  She said this is when the phone hung up and she called him again, which would have been the 7:04 call.  The timeline became fuzzy here, he either stayed there, or started walking around, looking about, for at least five minutes before Zimmerman spotted him at around 7:09.

7:09 PM – As George Zimmerman was leaving his gated community, he observed a suspicious looking youth who appeared to be on drugs and checking out the townhouses.  George decided the young man looked suspicious enough to call the non-emergency line for the Sanford Police Department (report here)

GZ: Hey, we’ve had some break-ins in my neighborhood and there’s this real suspicious guy retreat view circle, the best address I can give you is 111 Retreat View Circle. This guy looks like he’s up to no good or he’s on drugs or something — he’s just walking around, looking about..
Dispatcher: … and this guy’s white, black, or hispanic?
GZ: He looks black..
Dispatcher: Did you see what he was wearing?
GZ: Yeah, a dark hoodie, like a gray hoodie and either jeans or sweat pants and white tennis shoes. (unintelligible)..he’s just staring
Dispatcher: Oh, he’s just walking around the area?
GZ: Looking at all the houses
Dispathcher: oh ok

Trayvon spotted George in his SUV and started staring at him, he then walked toward George’s vehicle to check him out, apparently making a circle around the truck, his hand in his waistband.  Judging from the 711 video, Trayvon was probably just pulling his pants up again.  Trayvon’s girlfriend stated this is about the time Trayvon put his hoodie on, but he already had his hoodie on when he was at the 711.  

GZ: Something’s wrong with him. Yep, he’s coming to check me out. He’s got something in his hands, I don’t know what his deal is.
Dispatcher: Just let me know if he does anything, ok

It seems the dispatcher is encouraging George to keep an eye on the suspicious guy…

GZ: Just get an officer over here
Dispatcher: We’ve got them on the way, just let me know if this guy does anything else.
GZ: Ok

GZ: These a-holes, they always get away.<snip> Shit, he’s running.

Dispatcher: He’s running, which way is he running?
GZ: Down towards the other entrance of the neighborhood.

According to phone records submitted by Benjamin Crump and Tracy Martin, Trayvon’s girlfriend calls him again at 7:12 PM, the same time Trayvon started running away.

Dispatcher: Ok, which entrance is that that he’s heading towards?
GZ: The back entrance.  Fucking punks!

At this point George exited his truck and began to follow/watch where Trayvon was headed.

Dispatcher: Are you following him?
GZ: Yeah
Dispatcher: Ok, we don’t need you to do that.
GZ: Ok

George was likely confused by this directive because it seemed the dispatcher wanted to know where the guy was going and what, if anything else, the teen was up to.  George turns back for his truck without challenging the dispatcher.

Dispatcher: Alright George, we do have them on the way, did you want to meet with the officers when they get out there?
GZ: Yeah
Dispatcher: Alright, where you gonna meet with them at?
GZ: Umm, if they come in through the, uh, street past the club house, straight past the club house, and then they go past the mailboxes, they’ll see my truck
Dispatcher: What address are you parked in front of?
GZ: Umm, I don’t know, it’s a cut-through so I don’t know the address.

At this point George decides to try and find the address before getting back into the truck.

Dispatcher: What’s your apartment number?
GZ: It’s a home (gives incomplete address) – ah crap, I don’t want to give that out, I don’t know where this kid is
Dispatcher: Ok, do you just want to meet with them right near the mailboxes?
GZ: Yeah, that’s fine.
Dispatcher: Alright George, I’ll let them know to meet you out there, ok?
GZ: Could you have them call me and I’ll tell them where I’m at?
Dispatcher: Ok, yeah, that’s no problem

The dispatcher does not tell George to stay in his truck, nor does he tell him to stay at the mailboxes, as has been stated in the media.  George has not seen Trayvon for at least two minutes, not since Trayvon ran toward his father’s girlfriend’s house.

GZ: Do you need my number or you got it?
Dispatcher: Yeah, I’ve got it (repeats number)
GZ: Yeah, you got it
Dipatcher: Ok, no problem, I’ll let ‘em know to call you when they are there, yeah?
GZ: Thanks
Dispatcher: You’re welcome

911 Call link

While George was on the phone with the dispatcher,  Trayvon had been running back to his father’s girlfriend’s townhome.  He was still talking to his girlfriend, telling her he ran and he was by his dad’s house, but that he was “walking back again”.  Did he drop something off at the house?

Within a minute of George hanging up with the dispatcher, Trayvon spots him, he tells his girlfriend “this guys getting close to him”.  The girlfriend tells Trayvon to keep running even though he has told her a few times he was at his dad’s house.  At this point, Trayvon had been making his way home through the gated community for approximately 11 minutes, yet he ends up 70 yards from his destination (see map here).

Before confronting George, Trayvon put the Arizona Watermelon juice in the front pocket of his hoodie and tossed the 711 bag on the ground.  GZ has his flashlight out looking for the street sign.  Trayvon walks up from behind and confronts George, “do you have a fu**ing problem?”  George replies, “No”, and reaches for his cell phone — Trayvon punches George in the nose and knocks him to the ground.  Trayvon’s girlfriend said she heard something different and that she heard Trayvon’s headphones hit the ground (heard the sound of grass), but this can’t be because Trayvon’s headphones were found in his pocket, she must have been mistaken….or, in my opinion, coached.

Austin Brown - 13, was walking his dog and heard someone yelling “help”.  He turned a corner and saw a guy in a red shirt (George Zimmerman),  lying on the ground, the cries for help were coming from this man.  Austin’s dog got away from him so he went after it.  One witness said she saw a figure or figures running past her home, I feel it could have been Ausin chasing his dog.

Meanwhile, Trayvon mounted George and began beating him, according to one witness, John, MMA style.  This same witness stated to police, several times, that the guy on the bottom, wearing red (George Zimmerman), was the one getting beat and yelling for help (link here).  George stated Trayvon was pounding his head onto the cement and trying to quiet his cries for help by holding his hand over George’s mouth.  According to apolice report, George Zimmerman screamed desperately for help at least 14 times, to no avail.  Austin Brown was about to go back to see about the man when he heard the fatal gun shot, he ran into his house where hissister called 911.  No one would help the man who had been watching out for the neighborhood for months.  He had finally released his gun from it’s holster and shot his assailant, Trayvon Benjamin Martin, 17, once in the chest, killing him instantly.

The last scream, in my opinion, was probably Trayvon, realizing George had a gun and he wasn’t able to take it from him, knew it was over.  The screaming stopped as soon as the shot rang out.  The last forty five seconds of the altercation, including the gunshot, can be heard here at 6:09.
