Who really started the Michael Brown Memorial donation page?

Michael Brown, Sr. and Leslie McSpadden, Parents of Michael Brown, Jr.
Today I will be connecting some, but by no means all, of the dots that lead to another bilking of good-hearted people by a career Grievance Industry Committee leader.  Someone once said, "regardless of why you give, it is what is in your heart, not the receiver's intent, that counts".  I wish my spirit of giving was not so bogged down in skepticism.  I do have my reasons for being skeptical, this is not my first Benjamin Crump rodeo.  I'll show the reader what I mean, starting with the  Michael Brown Jr. Memorial fund, hosted on the popular Go Fund Me website.

Selective Moral High Ground in Michael Brown shooting incident

So many people taking the selective moral high ground in the Michael Brown shooting incident, so little time to document them all!  Here are just two glaring examples.

Keith Boykin  wanted to wait until all evidence was in before convicting R. Kelly (even though there was a tape of his having sex with a 13 year old girl).
"I'm not ready to convict Kelly before he has his day in court. (In America, criminal defendants are entitled to a presumption of innocence.)"
Rappers having sex with children deserve due process, however, when it comes to white cops being accused (court of public opinion), of murder, and there's been no indictments handed down, much less convictions, Mr. Boykin has this to say:
"Police shootings of unarmed civilians are still relatively rare in our country, but they often seem to happen to Black men. How many more Michael Browns, Eric Garners, Oscar Grants, Sean Bells, or Amadou Diallos does it take before Black men just can't take it anymore? That is the ongoing question here, not the story of one night of rioting."
Neither Michael Brown nor Eric Garner have been shown to be victims of police brutality, as the above suggests.   Their accusers have as much right to due process as R. Kelly.

More from Boykin on R. Kelly:
"It has been more than five years since R. Kelly was charged with child pornography, and during that time he's continued to record music, make videos, perform and receive awards. Now with his trial finally set to begin on September 17, you would think this guy would have the brains to clean up his image. But even staring at the prospect of 15 years in prison, he doesn't get it.
R. Kelly's new album "Double Up" is the fifth most popular R&B/hip-hop album on the Billboard charts, and the song "Same Girl" is ranked 26th on Billboard's "top 100 singles" chart. The CD was ranked 331 on the Amazon.com list today.
And Kelly hasn't had any trouble finding other popular artists to work with him. The "Double Up" CD features guest performances by Swizz Beatz, Snoop Dogg, Nelly, Chamillionaire, T.I., Ludacris, Kid Rock, Keyshia Cole, Usher and several others."
Notice how no one protested or petitioned against R. Kelly for continuing to make money while under indictment for having sex with a minor and child pornography?  The same people who bought his records during that time oppose Officer Wilson's gofundme and he has yet to be charged with any crime.  Those same people feel it is ok to fund the family of Michael Brown, and allow the government to pay back the store owner who was robbed and assaulted, ON VIDEO, by Michael Brown.

I have no idea who this woman is, she showed up on Michael Brown hashtag after he was shot and killed on August 9, 2014.  She has a clear agenda, and some very interesting followers.  How does a newbie on Twitter get a follow from CNN reporter Don Lemon and the President of the United States, Barrack Obama right out of the gate.  They were her first two followers.
She has a website, The Wicked Woman, and some sort of online magazine as well....I haven't looked at either, but here are some blatant examples of her hypocrisy on twitter:
And exactly one hour later she tweets:

Judge Orders Rapper The Game to Pay Police $5M Over Arrest By Stephanie Rabiner, Esq. on February 24, 2012 5:02 AM A North Carolina appeals court has ordered Jayceon Taylor, better known as The Game, to pay $5 million to 5 Greensboro police officers who accused the rapper of defamation. The Game lawsuit, originally filed in 2010, involves footage that appeared in a DVD entitled ‘Stop Snitchin Stop Lyin.’
Taylor inadvertently admitted that the footage “was intentionally misleading,” and that he intended to “characterize the Plaintiffs’ actions [in arresting him] as illegal.” The admissions also stated that Taylor intended to “defame the Plaintiffs with the DVD” and “injure [them] in their trades or professions.”
She seems to be aiming for an audience lacking in critical thinking skills.

De'Sean Pittman is a Hero to his family and friends

De'Sean Pittman
De'Sean never got the "Hands UP, Don't Shoot" memo.  I am writing this today in an effort to show, from my and other's point of view, a culture of violence that somehow turns the death of a murderer into heroism -- a culture we, as white people, are expected to embrace and understand. Megyn Kelly explained white privilege to Bill O'Reilly a while back and mentioned one of the white privileges is "white flight". She explained that when blacks move into a neighborhood, whites move out.  Stories like De'Sean's happen at least 20 times a day, every single day, in cities all over America and are posted on the Internet, reported in the news and on countless blogs and online media outlets.  Every day, all day, we see images of black people committing ruthless crimes in their own neighborhoods- rarely do we see the black on white crimes in a National media setting, but we are aware of them.  Mostly we see white on black crime.  Why is it a "white privilege" to have the good sense not to want to feel unsafe where we live - whether the fear is justified or not, it is nonetheless subliminal.  As Benjamin Crump likes to say, "if the races were reversed, how would you feel"?  I've never heard of "black flight",  where black people flee a neighborhood when whites move in.

Death Penalty Sought in murder of IMPD Officer Perry Renn

Officer Perry Renn

Death penalty sought in case of Major Davis II for murder of Police officer
INDIANAPOLIS - Prosecutors made it official Tuesday morning and made formal moves to pursue the death penalty against the man accused of shooting and killing an Indianapolis police officer.
Major Davis II, 25, is accused of fatally shooting Indianapolis police (IMPD) officer Perry Renn on July 25.
Last week, Marion County Prosecutor Terry Curry said he planned to bring the death penalty to the table against Davis.
Curry said there were two aggravating circumstances qualifying Davis for the death penalty: It was the shooting of a law enforcement officer in the line of duty and a shooting motivated by the officer's actions.

Two funerals and a round of golf

Major General Harold Greene (L) Michael Brown (R)
The highest ranking officer to be killed in combat since the Vietnam war was buried on Thursday. The President, Vice President and Secretary of Defense chose not to attend.  President Obama was enjoying a few rounds of golf, his freedom to do so paid for in blood by men like II Star Major General Harold Greene.
A riderless horse representative of the fallen 2 Star Major General Harold Greene leads the procession
On Monday the funeral for 18 year old Michael Brown will be held in Ferguson, Missouri.  Brown was shot
and killed by a police officer approximately ten minutes after a convenience store strong arm robbery which Brown was seen on tape being involved in.  The store, Quick Trip, had been a fixture in Ferguson for many years.  The investigation is still ongoing, so we have very few facts.  The Police Chief states there was an altercation between the police officer, Darren Wilson, and Brown over Wilson's gun.  Eric Holder was in town on Wednesday to speak with officials, the family, and their attorney Benjamin Crump.  A Grand Jury started their investigation on Wednesday of last week.  There is nothing outstanding about this young man...I'm sure he is special to his family and friends, but there is no rhyme or reason as to this:
On Saturday, the White House announced that the Obama administration would be sending representatives to Mr. Brown’s funeral here on Monday.
The representatives are Broderick Johnson, assistant to the president, White House cabinet secretary and chairman of the My Brother’s Keeper task force; Marlon Marshall, deputy director of the White House Office of Public Engagement; and Heather Foster, adviser for the White House Office of Public Engagement. (bold emphasis mine)
I have opined,  since about three days into this case, that there has to be a reason for the DOJ involve themselves, or become compelled to involve themselves, so quickly.   After the President gave a shout out about the Michael Brown while addressing the Nation regarding Iraq last week, I figured it out based on the end of that address and his managing to get in a bit about his pet initiative, "My Brother's Keeper".  BINGO ladies and germs - the agenda became crystal clear, therefore, I can't say I am shocked at Obama's selection to attend Brown's funeral.  That's the thing about thugs (of any color), their sense of entitlement, by it's very nature, makes them unwittingly and deliciously transparent.

Trivia for those who do not know where the term "My Brother's Keeper" comes from - it comes from the story of Cain and Abel Genisis 4:9.  You're welcome.

RIP to both men who lost their lives in the past two weeks.  God bless the families they left behind.

Comparing Michael Brown Autopsy to Witness Statement

This is super rough and based on what little we know as regards autopsy
Forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden performed a rush autopsy on Michael Brown August 17, 2014 on the request of the Brown family and Attorney Benjamin Crump.  Nothing on the autopsy coincides with the testimony of witness Darion Johnson, the man who was with Brown when the fatal altercation with Officer Darren Wilson occurred, except seeing blood on Michael Brown's shirt when the gun went off inside Officer Wilson's car.  Certainly not the dramatic shot to the back while Brown was running.  Baden said one of the bullets likely entered, left, and reentered the body up to five times.   In MY OPINION, if Brown's hands were UP, the bullet could not possibly have traveled through his arm to his right chest area, as is indicated on the diagram. Baden never indicates Brown was shot in the chest.  1- enter upper arm-exit upper arm 2 enter right chest area. Another bullet entered eye, traveled to jaw and neck (although I am not sure the latter would be considered entering and exiting).  We don't know if the bullet wound in his hand was from inside the officer's car because that information has not been released.  If this was a close range shot, I'm going to wager he was shot in the hand trying to get the officer's gun.
Johnson says he was within arm’s reach of both Brown and the officer. He looked over at Brown and saw blood pooling through his shirt on the right side of the body.
“The whole time [the officer] was holding my friend until the gun went off,” Johnson noted.
Brown and Johnson took off running together. There were three cars lined up along the side of the street. Johnson says he ducked behind the first car, whose two passengers were screaming. Crouching down a bit, he watched Brown run past.
“Keep running, bro!,” he said Brown yelled. Then Brown yelled it a second time. Those would be the last words Johnson’s friend, “Big Mike,” would ever say to him.
Brown made it past the third car. Then, “blam!” the officer took his second shot, striking Brown in the back. At that point, Johnson says Brown stopped, turned with his hands up and said “I don’t have a gun, stop shooting!”
Baden:
Michael Brown, the unarmed black teenager who was killed by a police officer, sparking protests around the nation, was shot at least six times, including twice in the head...
Mr. Brown, 18, was also shot four times in the right arm, he said, adding that all the bullets were fired into his front.
The bullets did not appear to have been shot from very close range because no gunpowder was present on his body. However, that determination could change if it turns out that there is gunshot residue on Mr. Brown’s clothing, to which Dr. Baden did not have access.
This statement by Baden is very troubling because Brown was not wearing anything on his hands or head and most of his arm was exposed.  He was wearing a t-shirt. With his hands UP, the wound to his upper arm would not have traveled to his chest. He could easily see gunshot residue if it was there.

Ferguson's Congressman Lacy Clay Jr. Has 'Zero Confidence' In Local Cops

In the interview linked above, Clay opines (Michael Brown case): "He was already assassinated, so now you're going to assassinate his character? What kind of human being are you?"

The video of Michael Brown committing felony robbery minutes before he was shot by Officer Darren Wilson depicted his character, period.

Friend of Officer who shot Michael Brown speaks out in interview

This account makes sense and clears up a lot of confusion.  Of course there is no way to verify this account to be true until all the evidence comes out and the toxicology report is released.  I tend to think Michael was on something only because of his lack of concern that people were watching him blatantly take a box of cigarillos from behind a counter and assault a clerk in broad daylight.  There were people all over the store.  Most robberies don't happen at noon when most people are coming in for lunch items, etc.

Michael Brown shot in Ferguson avoiding arrest for robbery and assault

Michael Brown - Ferguson, Missouri
Eighteen year old Michael Brown was shot in Ferguson Missouri on August 9, 2014 after, according to police, assaulting an officer and attempting to take his gun. Dorian Johnson was with Brown when the shooting took place.  Dorian has been all over the cable network news giving his version of events which I found confusing and hard to believe until today.  Now his version makes sense, but not at all the way he intended. Crump and His New Scheme Team - Mike Brown Shooting

I wanted to introduce you to the new lawyers flanking Mr. Benjamin Crumps side in his latest high profile case.  Anyone who reads here knows I have a bur on my hiney with Crump's name on it, and why.  If you do not read my blog regularly, then suffice it to say, if Crump is on the case there is a high probability that there is no case.  There's also the team he assembles.  In the Mike Brown shooting case he has assembled the following players (ongoing research - will be updated regularly):

Freeman Bosley Jr. Attorney for Eye Witness Dorian Johnson - Bosley almost had his license suspended for mishandling of legal fees in a person's trust, and then there was the trial ...
Former St. Louis mayor admits mishandling legal fees: ST. LOUIS • A state panel made it clear Monday that former St. Louis Mayor Freeman R. Bosley Jr., a lawyer, will face disciplinary action from the Missouri Supreme Court.
At a hearing here called by the Missouri Supreme Court’s Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel, Bosley admitted he mishandled clients’ funds through his law firm, Bosley & Associates.
Former STL Mayor Bosley gets delay in trial over alleged $78,000 debt:  Attorney and former St. Louis Mayor Freeman Bosley Jr. was back in court Tuesday — again as a defendant — in regards to a claim that his firm owes more than $78,000.
AT&T Advertising sued Bosley & Associates law firm in October 2011, claiming that the firm has not paid bills going back to 2007. The company is asking for $78,303.
Alderman Antonio French - you may not think this person is part of Crump's team, but I will wager, oh, I dunno, $38,000?  He is certainly all over this case.  Are there no City Council issues that has need his attention?
St. Louis Alderman Antonio French fined $38,000 for ethics violations: ST. LOUIS • The Missouri Ethics Commission has fined city Alderman Antonio French nearly $38,000 for a string of campaign finance violations, including using an improper bank account, commingling funds between his campaign account and his personal account, and using a personal PayPal account to raise campaign money.
UPDATE:  Antonio is holding an additional position today:

NAACP tweet that caused a shitstorm among African Americans following Michael Brown case

Michael Skolnik will eventually have blood on his hands - Michael Brown

Dr. Martin Luther King
The family of the young man who was shot and killed by police last week has asked their community stop the violence.  They are speaking of the riot that took place Sunday night in the town of Ferguson, Missouri, where a young man,Mike Brown, was gunned down by a police officer.  The details are sketchy and the investigation has not been completed, but a deficit of facts never stopped Michael Skolnik from race baiting and inciting violence in the black community.  I'm not sure if his orders come from the top, Russel Simmons, or if getting retweets is his bag, either way, someone is going to get hurt if he continues.  Do I think he cares?  Hardly, he seems to be a bit conscience challenged, as are most shills and trolls on twitter.  Most of the time it suffices to simply block these people - in real life they are meaningless, but in this case, the violence and destruction resulting from the inciters, like Skolnik, are being demonstrated with abandon by those who he targets as gullible and easily manipulated.

Teacher dresses like Trayvon Martin for High School Yearbook picture

Spencer Smith
Spencer Smith, a teacher at Brentwood Heritage High School donned a hoodie, held a bag of skittles, and threw a gang sign to pose for his faculty yearbook picture.  My confusion is why would he do that, and why would the school board allow it?

False Statement arrest in Kendrick Johnson Case

Dalton Chauncey

VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) - Dalton Ray Chauncey was charged Wednesday with providing false statements in the Kendrick Johnson death investigation.Almost three weeks ago, on Friday, July 18 Dalton Chauncey came to the Lowndes County Sheriff's Office and said he had been present during a conversation in which two people said that they caused the death of Kendrick Johnson in January, 2013.
[snip]  Dalton Chauncey admitted that he had fabricated the story while at the home of friends in order to boast. Dalton Chauncey also clarified the two persons who he vaguely identified were fabricated and do not exist.
