Shaun King's story about the Daily Beast Plagiarism is not adding up

For the past two days Shaun King has been battling accusations that he plagiarized an article that was posted on The Daily Beast.  The New York Daily News and King's editor have said it was an editing error, and everyone took their toys and went home...except, of course, me.  It doesn't sit right, at all.  So I did a little digging, and here is what I think proves King is, once again, lying.

Shaun King doesn't think Plagiarism counts on Facebook

Shaun King was busted by The Daily Beast today for plaigerism.  Of course he vehemently denied the allegation and for some odd reason, his editor at the NYDN is backing him up.  This surprises no one here, King's entire life is based on fabrications.  He is basically a smart guy with zero talent, creativity, or common sense. (See update on editor at the end of this article)

Why the Johnson Family Will Never Refile Their Wrongful Death Lawsuit
On March 1, 2016 Jackie and Kenneth Johnson voluntarily dismissed their $100 million dollar wrongful death lawsuit related to the death of their son Kendrick. Their Attorney Chevene King and family spokesman Marcus Coleman have publicly stated that the lawsuit will be refiled sometime in the next six months. For reasons I will lay out below, the wrongful death lawsuit will never be refiled.

Michael Moore has no problem misstating facts and causing undue stress to the people of his hometown.  He's been doing it for weeks and now he is doubling down on the rhetoric.

George Zimmerman in the headlines again - A "rant" about Obama's tears

How Zimmerman must feel about Obama
Obama's tears over gun control, while the parents of the children killed at Sandy Hook stood behind him, practically trended on Twitter yesterday.  Two schools of thought, people either thought his tears fake or sincere.  Thousands commented and many media outlets and bloggers opined, one reporter even sought out the opinion of George Zimmerman, who laughs at the prospect that he has apparently become the go-to person when it comes to Obama's statements on gun control.  Maybe it is because Zimmerman epitomizes, thanks in large part to Obama, the lengths to which the press and politicians (with the help of willful social media idiots), will go to strip us of our right to self defense.

Two teens shot to death - No hashtag

Sakinah Reed and Donta Parker
They were not shot by cops, or at a school, so it is doubtful they will rise to the honor of a hashtag.  "Kinah" was a basketball star with a plaque to prove it; she was also in a gang, with a bullet to prove it.  Something has to give.  The black lives matter movement cannot continue to ignore that this violence goes on every single day in America while they are protesting for one or two children.  Last year 54 children were shot in Chicago alone, this is more than the deadliest school shooting in America's history.

Rare interview with Shaun King's friend, Jason Woody

Shaun King
Jason Woody speaks to James from the Internet about Shaun King
Prior to yesterday, I had (miraculously), not seen this interview with Jason Woody, a friend of Shaun King, that was posted on August 20, the day King was put on blast as being white.  To my knowledge, and searching through archives, it appears King never tweeted this interview out....and anytime King doesn't use a friend to his advantage, there's always a reason.  In this case it is likely because the guy didn't repeat the narrative correctly and because his "friend" is a member of the occupy movement.  Said friend also wears anonymous masks at rallies.  I'm heavily leaning toward a possible connection to the #OpFerguson anons on Twitter, just a hunch though, will research further.
