Benjamin Crump Threatens to file the "Biggest Corruption Lawsuit Georgia has ever seen" and the US Attorney Re-opens the Kendrick Johnson Case

Atty. Milak Zulu Shabazz and Atty. Benjamin Crump
Two days before US Attorney Moore announced he would formally review the investigation into the tragic death of Kendrick Johnson, Benjamin Crump threatened Attorney Moore's state with the biggest lawsuit his state had ever witnessed.  Kendrick Johnson is the young man who died accidentally while attempting to retrieve his gym shoe from a rolled up gym mat.

Once again the race hustling and lawsuit intimidation cards were played while the gullible of Georgia stood by and cheered and the taxpayers with little choice must open their checkbooks for another hoax by a team of shakedown artists.  Here is who the US Attorney for Georgia is kowtowing to on your dime:

Crump: "...this real life murder mystery. I'll tell ya, it's going to be solved and this video is going to help...and if this video is not the way it should be, it will be the biggest corruption lawsuit that Georgia has ever seen."

Now that's a bold move, even for a shakedown, race-hustling attorney like Benjamin Crump, attorney for the family of Kendrick Johnson, to publicly threaten the State of Georgia.  Maybe Crump was feeling brave since his new entourage includes a few New Black Panther lawyers.  Or maybe it's because Barrack Obama appointed Moore as the US Attorney for the Middle District of Georgia.
Attorney Malik Zulu Shabazz
"Kill every goddamn Zionist in Israel! Goddamn little babies, goddamn old ladies! Blow up Zionist supermarkets!"
—Malik Zulu Shabazz, the party's national chairman, protesting at B'nai B'rith International headquarters in Washington, D.C., April 20, 2002
At a press conference that was held on Monday Attorneys Crump and King stood with the rest of their Johnson family legal team, including attorneys who are notorious members of the New Black Panthers.  One of them, Malik Zulu Shabazz, very recently stepped down as the Leader of the NBP on October 14, 2013.  Imagine, if you will, a white attorney fighting for the rights of a white child (wildly speculating all the while that a black child killed him), and giving a press conference flanked by members of the KKK.  I would find that scenario just as appalling and manipulative as I find this blatantly obvious stunt by Crump.

Odd that Moore would even deal with an attorney who is a former (by two weeks), leader and current Chairman of the New Black Panther Party..The Anti-Defamation League, the Southern Poverty Law Center, and the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights consider the New Black Panthers to be a hate group.

"Moore currently serves on the Terrorism and National Security Subcommittee of the Attorney General’s Advisory Committee."
Malik Zulu Shabaz (FB post) I GUARANTEE YOU, MY WORD IS BOND ON MY LIFE. EVEN WHILE PRIMARILY FIGHTING ON THE LEGAL BATTLEFIELD; I GUARANTEE YOU THE SURVIVAL AND RE-GROWTH OF THE NEW BLACK PANTHER PARTY. I REMAIN A MEMBER AND REMAIN A GUIDE, TRAINER AND ATTORNEY GENERAL TO KEEP BLACK NATIONALISM AND BLACK POWER ALIVE IN AMERICA.

A close and personal friend of Malik Zulu Shabazz is King Samir Shabazz:

King Samir Shabazz

"I hate white people. All of them. Every last iota of a cracker I hate him, because we're still in this condition."
  • "There's too much serious business going on in the Black community to be out here… with white, dirty, cracker whore [expletive]s on our arm."
  • "We keep begging white people for freedom. No wonder we're not free. Your enemy cannot make you free, fool. You want freedom? You're gonna have to kill some crackers. You're gonna have to kill some of they [sic] babies. Let us get our act together. It's time to wake up, clean up, and stand up."
  • "I can't wait for the day that they're all dead. I won't be completely happy until I see our people free and Whitey dead."
  • "When you have 10 brothers in uniform, suited and booted and ready for war, white folks know these niggas ain't their niggas. We kick white folks asses. We take it right to the cracker."
  • "We're going to keep putting our foot up the white man's ass until they understand completely. We want freedom, justice and mutha[expletive]' equality. Period. If you ain't gonna give it to us, mutha[expletive], we're gonna take it, in the name of freedom." [LINK to Southern Poverty Law Center entry]
King Shabazz, you might remember, was part of the group arrested at the polling headquarters in Pennsylvania.
After the DOJ sued the NBP for their activities at polling headquarters in Philadelphia, Malik Zulu Shabazz stated that Samir Shabazz is no longer a member of the organization and reiterated his earlier statements that the NBPP does not "condone any type of illegal activity at polling stations."
As you may know, all was forgiven by Eric Holder and his DOJ.

No consequences for their actions, and with the encouragement of Malik Zulu Shabazz, King Shabazz just kept on keeping on.  He's even a speaker at the  Million Youth March, which used Trayvon Martin's image in much of their advertising collateral for the event. Here you see  King Samir Shabazz, slated as a speaker to black families and youth and invited to do so by none other than Malik Zulu Shabazz.  Malik advertised this event heavily on his facebook page.
