Trayvon Martin Case Theory

UPDATE 7/10/2013 (see below)
In order for this theory to make sense, you must understand why this case made National Headlines.  Black kids are shot and killed every day, all over the country, and 99% of the time, they are shot by another black person.  You never hear about those kids, they don't fit a political agenda and black kids are only valuable to the Civil Rights leaders if they are shot by a cop - that's where the real money is.  I am for justice for all of them and I would love to see a real movement to stop the madness in cities like Detroit and Chicago:
Chicago Shootings: 12 Killed, At Least 62 Wounded In Gun Violence Over Long Holiday WeekendThe weekend's youngest victims of gun violence included 5-year-old Jaden Donald and 7-year-old Christian Lyles, both shot in the late evening on July 4 in separate incidents.

But I digress, here's my theory: I've always thought Tracy Martin had to have felt horrible that he was not there for his son the night he died.  Telling Sybrina the truth , how the incident happened and where he was at the time, only adding to his pain and guilt.  This week Tracy testified he never told Sybrina about hearing the voice screaming on the 911 call that he told investigators was not Trayvon's.   If he thought it was Zimmerman screaming, there would be no good reason for her to have to hear Trayvon continue to beat the man crying for help until the man shot him when he went for the man's gun. Tracy likely just told her the basics, he jumped a guy and was shot.  Sybrina would not find this hard to believe, she knew about his fights, and probably more.

Tracy didn't call Trayvon's phone until almost 1:00 PM on the morning of the 27th - and he only called his missing son's phone once.  He has always maintained he called him at 10:30 when he and Brandy returned from a dinner they left for sometime before 6:00 that night.  Tracy did not call in a missing person report until the next morning after calling Juvenile detention and the Sheriff's department to see if he had been picked up. I have always wondered how Tracy would not have seen the lights and tape at 10:30 that night - the phone records released in court cleared this up for me and started my theory that Chad and Witness 8 told Tracy that Trayvon had gotten into a fight.  Things started making more sense.  It never made sense that a young woman knew the last time she talked to her friend he was being "followed" by a creepy man and she never told anyone, especially the family.  Her hospital story even makes sense now - I'm sure it was a group effort to come up with it.

Tracy was asked to give police the password to Trayvon's phone, he refused, saying he would have to consult with his attorney.  This told Tracy police didn't know what was on Trayvon's phone and he needed to pull up the bill to see what they would find once he gave it to them.  Because they were on a family plan, with Tracy as the owner of the account, he would have the password.  So he pulls up the family mobile phone account and sees that Witness 8's number was the last one to connect to Trayvon's phone minutes before he died.  He calls and speaks to Rachel/Witness 8.  She tells Tracy she was talking to him along with another person (remember she talked about three-way calls on the stand), probably Chad (Green) Joseph since his number shows up around the same time as W8's.  In my opinion, Trayvon is telling them about the dude in a truck looking at him. They all start talking about kicking this guy's ass.  It makes sense because like many have said, these guys like an audience when they jump someone.  Trayvon had two people cheering him on. When the phone went dead, Chad and W8 start calling Trayvon's phone over and over without an answer.

UPDATE 7/10/2013:  The Conservative Treehouse delved into the records released late last night of nicknames and the corresponding text messages.  This just reinforces my theory that Tracy Martin figured his son was in trouble, and he knew there might be text messages on his phone that would paint him in a bad light.
Unbelievably, it appears Trayvon’s Dad, Tracy, was actually one of the people talking to Trayvon about buying and selling a handgun.
Continuing with theory: Chad and W8 panic and finally get in touch with Tracy, or Tracy comes home and calls Trayvon's phone - one time.  He's already been told that Trayvon was in a fight, so he probably figures the police came and picked him up, let him sit there overnight, it will teach him a lesson.  He'd call tomorrow.  Chad would have heard the police sirens, but he wouldn't know why they were there, he could only guess Trayvon got caught throwing down on the dude in the car.  He wouldn't walk outside and ask because he wouldn't want to be questioned.  Chad is sent to school the next morning and Tracy makes his third call to SPD non-emergency.  You can listen here.  He really expected to find out Trayvon was picked up by authorities for fighting, instead his worst nightmare, his son was dead and he had to call Sybrina.  Then along came Crump, slow walking, slow talking, country Crump.  This case was just what he needed.

March 8, 2012 - Ten days after the shooting, five days after publicist Ryan Julison is hired by the Martin family, an article came out online:
"Tracy Martin wants Zimmerman to face a jury for killing Trey. My kid went to the morgue and this guy went home to sleep in his bed," Martin said. "There's no justice in that."
On March 8, 2012, Trymaine Lee, a blogger for Huffington Post wrote an online blog:
He had a gun, and Trayvon had Skittles," Benjamin Crump, a family attorney, told The Huffington Post this afternoon.  These pictures were included in the above blog (none of which were current).
March 2012 - The DOJ assists in protests in Sanford, Florida.
“Thank you Partner. You did lots of stuff behind the scene to make Miami a success. We will continue to work together,” DOJ official Thomas Battles wrote in reply to Carswell.
“That’s why we make the big bucks,” Carswell replied.
Benjamin Crump still needed the 911 calls to be released to match the fabricated Witness 8 story. Instead of fighting, they wanted us to believe he was being followed and was murdered - those tapes would be used to emotionally blackmail a Nation. Tracy Martin was off the hook for leaving Trayvon alone for the entire weekend and having him die on his watch. Yes, Tracy Martin is that morally bankrupt, and the money starting to come in was looking good. Trayvon's name was trademarked by his grieving mother, and trash cans were passed around at rallies filled with $100 bills. An account was set up online to contribute to the family, fund raisers, T-shirt sales, and a foundation. No turning back now, they just needed to turn up the heat and make the arrest happen for the civil suit they filed against the HOA. Then the PSA's for stand your ground and congressional hearings for the same cause with race thrown in. Tracy and Sybrina think, what's the big deal? He's dead and we can't change that, no matter what, we might as well go along. Sybrina knew in her heart she was part of a lie, but she thinks with her head and her pocketbook, obviously.

Chief Lee was ousted for not arresting Zimmerman.  He was fired by a weak City manager who was being strong armed by the Sharpton/Fredricka Wilson clan.
Bill Lee, who testified Monday in Zimmerman's second-degree murder trial, told CNN's George Howell in an exclusive interview that he felt pressure from city officials to arrest Zimmerman to placate the public rather than as a matter of justice.
"It was (relayed) to me that they just wanted an arrest. They didn't care if it got dismissed later," he said. "You don't do that."
Ben Crump got the tapes.  This is his first interview after strong arming Mayor Triplett to turn them over (have barf bag handy):

George Zimmerman was going to the store one night and ended up being the poster boy for the Stand Your Ground Law.  Russell Simmons, the man USA Today recently named  one of the “Top 25 Most Influential People of the Past 25 Years,” sums it up nicely and without apologies in an article he recently wrote.
Just in Case George Zimmerman Walks Free: I am firm believer that all of us live by karmic law, and he will ultimately be punished for the death of Trayvon, no matter what. However, if he walks free out of that courtroom, I understand that some people will be very sad, but we must remember the mission we are on. As I have heard Trayvon's parents say time and time again, they are not only fighting for justice for their son, they are fighting for all of us, especially those parents who have to live through the misery of burying their child and the sadness that comes after.
Their inspiring leadership has already led to action. In 2012, for the first time in 8 years, not ONE state in our nation passed a new "Stand Your Ground" law. The power of the NRA and their gun-toting cronies in business were stopped in their tracks by the Justice For Trayvon Martin movement.
Why? Stand Your Ground.

"Florida 'Stand Your Ground' law could complicate Trayvon Martin teen shooting case". MSNBC

And Concealed Weapon laws.

Add the bonus of money for vicious and greedy civil rights lawyers and you have the answer to "why".

Race Hoax:

How many Tawana Brawleys, Duke LaCrosse/Crystal Mangums and now, George Zimmermans, do we have to go through?  When do we learn?  The shyster lawyers, a bias for profit media, and Civil Rights leaders need to be made an example of.  Innocent people are the only ones to suffer in these hoaxes...and we lay there and take it.
